In the early hours of December 18, 2023, the life of 24-year-old Marcell Hendrix, a Black/African American male, was tragically cut short in a double homicide in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The shooting also claimed the life of 26-year-old Joevon Wilder. Both men were known in the local rap scene, with Hendrix performing under the name "Celly Cell" and Wilder as "Jigg".
