In the spring of 1991, a young Laotian boy named Konerak Sinthasomphone, aged 14, tragically crossed paths with a man who would become his killer. On May 26, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Konerak was approached by Jeffrey Dahmer with an offer of money in exchange for posing for photographs.
