Donald D. Lockwood, a 50-year-old resident of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, was tragically shot and killed on the night of September 6, 2022. The incident occurred near 83rd and Lisbon, a location where Lockwood was known to frequent a local bar to play pool and socialize with friends. The Milwaukee Police Department responded to the scene around 11:35 p.m. and found Lockwood with gunshot wounds. Despite the efforts of first responders, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
