On a tragic morning in Brown Deer, Wisconsin, the life of 18-year-old Charlus Robinson, a Black / African American male, was discovered to have been violently cut short. It was September 1, 2022, when police, already at the home on a harrowing call, found him inside a car parked in the driveway of the residence he shared with his family near 62nd and Goodrich Lane.
