On a cold December evening in 2015, a simple act of kindness tragically cut short the life of Clifford Morgan, a 43-year-old Black / African American male from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. On December 28th, amidst a snowstorm, Morgan spotted a driver whose vehicle had become stuck in the snow and, without hesitation, went to offer his assistance. It was during this selfless act that he was shot.
