In the early hours of Saturday, July 12, 2025, the vibrant nightlife of downtown Milwaukee was shattered by a burst of gunfire that claimed the life of Antwan Tweezy Hogans, a 52-year-old Black/African American man known as a pillar of the city's music and entertainment scene.
