On June 16, 2020, 14-year-old Chance Williams tragically lost his life in Detroit, Michigan. The incident occurred at approximately 11:30 p.m. on Mettetal Street. According to reports, Chance was shot by his 22-year-old sister, Chinasia Eliza-Yvonna Williams. The shooting happened after Chinasia removed the magazine from a handgun but failed to realize there was still a bullet left in the chamber. She then pointed the gun at her brother and pulled the trigger, resulting in the fatal shot.
