In the creative and close-knit community of Milwaukee's Riverwest neighborhood, Colin Demg, a 33-year-old Caucasian male, was known as a beacon of light and a true eccentric in the best sense of the word. A brilliant and devoted filmmaker, musician, and community advocate, he was a man who, by all accounts, put everyone else before himself.
