In the early morning hours of December 18, 2022, the life of Niesha Givens, a 42-year-old Black/African American woman, was tragically cut short in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The incident occurred around 2:27 a.m. near the intersection of 95th Street and Brown Deer Road.
