Javier Harrison, a 17-year-old male of African American ethnicity from Dayton, Ohio, tragically passed away on August 28, 2019. His death was the result of a shooting incident in the detached garage of a property on Conner Street in West Dayton. Javier and his friend, Devin Henderson, also 17, were shot by the homeowner, Victor Santana, who was 63 years old at the time.
