On March 27, 1973, Andrew Heindreich was tragically killed in Dayton, Ohio. Heindreich’s case remains unsolved to this day and is part of the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation's (BCI) efforts to bring visibility to cold cases. The homicide occurred in Montgomery County, with the Dayton Police Department leading the investigation at the time. Despite initial efforts, no significant leads were developed, leaving the case without resolution for decades.
