On a Sunday evening in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, the life of a 31-year-old Black / African American man, Carlton Evans, was tragically cut short. On November 27, 2016, at approximately 7:00 p.m., Evans was shot near the intersection of 41st Street and Lloyd Street.
