In the summer of 2014, the life of a compassionate and community-minded man, Robert E. James Jr., was tragically cut short. A 30-year-old Black/African American male, James was known for his generosity and his work as a property manager in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He had a reputation for giving jobs to those in need and helping neighborhood children with school supplies. His efforts were a testament to his character and his commitment to his community.
