On the evening of Friday, October 7, 2016, Patrick Washington, a 24-year-old Black male, was found fatally shot in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The discovery was made around 9:30 p.m. on a back walkway of a residence near the intersection of 19th Street and Capitol Drive.
