On a Sunday morning in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, the life of 50-year-old Terry Wilkins, a Black/African American male, was tragically cut short. On September 29, 2019, at approximately 9:15 a.m., Wilkins was driving in the Sherman Park neighborhood when he was shot. The incident took place in the 4500 block of West Center Street.
