On a Tuesday afternoon in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, the life of 30-year-old Christopher J. Moore, a Black / African American male, was tragically cut short. On September 14, 2021, Moore was outside a beauty store near Vel Phillips Avenue and North Avenue, engaged in selling items from the trunk of his car. It was around 4:00 p.m. when a vehicle pulled into the parking lot and parked behind the building in an alley.
