Kane D. McCloud, 22, male, was killed in Milwaukee on the night of November 3, 2023. Police were called just after 11 p.m. to the 2500 block of West Capitol Drive, near 25th Street, where he was pronounced dead at the scene. Initial reports noted only that a 22-year-old victim had been shot and killed at that location and hour; McCloud’s name was later listed among those lost to gun violence that day in Milwaukee.
