In the late morning of March 1, 2021, a heated argument among a group of people on the 3900 block of North 23rd Street in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, escalated into deadly violence. Keywon J. Clark, a 24-year-old Black/African American man, was present during the dispute. Suddenly, a suspect opened fire into the crowd, striking and killing Clark. A 19-year-old man was also wounded in the shooting.
