On a Tuesday evening in Milwaukee, the life of Nicholas Howard, a 24-year-old African American male, was cut short by gun violence. The fatal incident occurred shortly before 5:30 p.m. on January 9, 2024, in the vicinity of 29th and Congress. When police arrived at the scene, they found Howard suffering from gunshot wounds.
