On a Saturday night in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, the life of 20-year-old African-American male Lakim D. Herbert was tragically cut short. On November 28, 2015, at approximately 8:30 p.m., Herbert was shot in the 3400 block of W. Florist Ave.. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
