On a summer day in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, the life of 31-year-old Otis E. Jones Jr., a Black male, was cut short. On August 1, 2018, shortly before noon, Jones was reportedly taking his dog for a walk in the 10300 block of West Kiehnau Street when he was shot and killed.
