In the winter of 2019, the life of Raamah S. Rutledge, a 21-year-old Black/African American male, was tragically cut short on the streets of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. On the first of December, Rutledge was shot and killed on the city's north side, becoming another victim of gun violence.
