On June 21, 2015, a tragic incident occurred in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, resulting in the death of 21-year-old Tevin Beanland. The incident took place around 3:15 a.m. in the 4500 block of W. Eggert Place, although initial reports incorrectly stated the location as the 5100 block of N. Sherman Boulevard.
