On the evening of September 23, 2024, a male named DeAndre Williams, age 21, was involved in a fatal shooting at a Milwaukee liquor store. The tragic events of that day were reportedly triggered by Williams's distress over the killing of a close friend, 17-year-old Javontae Davis, which had occurred earlier the same day.
