On a summer evening in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, the life of Carnelle Le'Keith Adkins, a 29-year-old Black / African American male, was tragically cut short. On Sunday, August 7, 2016, just after 9 p.m., gunfire erupted near the area of 4th and Chambers. Adkins was outside a residence when he was shot. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
