John Arthur Garrett Jr., also known as 'Kipper,' was born on October 23, 1969, in Kitzingen, Germany, and later moved to Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where he spent most of his life. He passed away on July 9, 2016, at the age of 46. Garrett was a beloved member of his community, known for his kindness, honesty, and caring nature. He was actively involved in his local church and was a member of the board of trustees at Cross Lutheran Church.
