On a tragic spring day in 2020, the life of 60-year-old Craig Tarr, a male resident of the River Falls, Wisconsin, area, came to a sudden and violent end. The events of April 24th began to unfold when the Pierce County Sheriff's Office received a distressing 911 call around 11:25 a.m. The caller was Amory Tarr, Craig's 32-year-old son, who stated that his father had been shot before the line went dead.
