On a summer evening in Kenosha, Wisconsin, the life of 30-year-old Hector Rodriguez Rojas, a Hispanic male, was tragically cut short. On July 29, 2021, at approximately 4:58 p.m., Rojas was fatally shot while riding his moped in the area of 52nd Street and 19th Avenue. Mortally wounded, he managed to make his way into the San Luis grocery store, where he collapsed after asking for someone to call 9-1-1. He succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
