In Milwaukee, Wisconsin, on the night of March 27, 2022, the life of 19-year-old Jermaine Moore III, a Black male, was tragically cut short. Jermaine was discovered in an alley at the rear of 5051 N. 64th Street, having sustained multiple gunshot wounds. The grim discovery prompted an immediate response from local law enforcement, who quickly classified his death as a homicide.
The initial stages of the investigation proved to be challenging for the Milwaukee Police Department.
