Devon D. Sandifer, a 23-year-old resident of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, tragically lost his life on May 19, 2019. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 12:40 a.m., at a residence near 23rd and Highland in Milwaukee. According to reports, Sandifer was at home with his cousin, Dangelo Baker, and other friends when an argument broke out. Witnesses stated that Baker, who was intoxicated, began waving a gun around, prompting Sandifer to escort him outside to defuse the situation. ...
