On a quiet Sunday evening in Shawnee, Kansas, the life of 57-year-old Deborah Clare, a White female, came to a tragic and unexpected end. On December 22, 2013, she was found deceased in her home on West 72nd Terrace. The grim discovery was made by her son, who immediately alerted authorities by calling 911. When Shawnee police officers arrived at the residence around 9:30 p.m., they found two bodies inside.
