On a Sunday in November of 2018, the life of 27-year-old Courtney Bivins, a Caucasian female, was tragically cut short in Shawnee, Kansas. Her body was discovered on November 11, 2018, in a developing park area located in the 5500 block of Frisbie Road, near the Shawnee Riverfront Park.
