On a Tuesday afternoon, June 16, 2015, in Everett, Washington, the life of 28-year-old Hispanic male Carlos H. Lara-Ramos was cut short in a fatal shooting. The incident unfolded around 4:00 p.m. in the parking lot of the Arterra Apartments on West Casino Road. When police arrived, they found Lara-Ramos with a single gunshot wound to the chest. He was transported to Providence Regional Medical Center Everett, where he succumbed to his injuries.
