In the summer of 2015, a domestic argument in a Hazel Dell home in Vancouver, Washington, escalated into a horrific act of violence that left three people dead. On the afternoon of July 14, 40-year-old Elizabeth Orozco was shot and killed by her husband, 42-year-old Robert Diaz Gutierrez. The tragedy unfolded in their shared residence at 2614 N.E. 98th St.
