On a tragic Monday morning, June 9, 2014, the life of 49-year-old Sandra Luster, a female resident of Vancouver, Washington, was brought to a violent end in her own home. The events unfolded at approximately 5:20 a.m. in the North Image neighborhood, when neighbors were startled by the sounds of gunshots and screaming emanating from the Luster residence and promptly alerted the authorities.
