Heather Ann Young, aged 26, tragically lost her life on March 24, 2004, in Vancouver, Washington. On that fateful day, Heather had just dropped off her son and grandmother at her grandmother's apartment. As she was pulling out of the parking lot, a masked man suddenly jumped onto her car and shot her once through the windshield and then three more times through the driver's side window. This brutal attack left Heather fatally wounded, and she succumbed to her injuries shortly thereafter.
