A woman experiencing homelessness is found murdered under a freeway underpass
Lori Taalid, a 43-year-old Caucasian female, found her life taking a difficult turn in the years leading up to her death. A native of Minnesota and a mother to two daughters, she had become disabled and was experiencing homelessness for the first time in her life, having been on the streets of Vancouver, Washington, since sometime in 2003.
