In March of 2023, the life of 27-year-old Meshay Melendez, a female resident of Vancouver, Washington, was tragically cut short. Melendez and her 7-year-old daughter were last seen alive in the early morning hours of March 12, 2023. They were with her ex-boyfriend, Kirkland C. Warren.
