Miguel A. Lopez, a 21-year-old resident of Mount Vernon, WA, tragically lost his life on July 18, 2015. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning on Interstate 5 near the College Way exit in Mount Vernon. Miguel was driving a vehicle with his cousin, Leonardo Salinas-Lopez, who was 20 years old.
