Paul Sallee, a 59-year-old White male, went to his job at the Standard Gravure printing plant in Louisville, Kentucky, on September 14, 1989, expecting a routine day. However, the ordinary workday turned into a scene of terror when his 47-year-old colleague, Joseph T. Wesbecker, entered the building shortly after 8:30 a.m. armed with an AK-47 assault rifle and other firearms.
