In the autumn of 1990, the community of Bowling Green, Kentucky, was shaken by the violent death of a dedicated public servant. On the evening of October 26th, 63-year-old Edward Earl Flora, a male who served as a Constable for the Warren County Fifth District, was investigating a single-vehicle accident near his home on Jack Simmons Road.
