In the spring of 2020, the life of a young man from Bowling Green, Kentucky, was tragically cut short. Tyrikus D. Boyd, a 23-year-old male, died on May 4, 2020. Remembered as an athlete who was part of the 2013-14 Bowling Green High School state football championship team, his death left a void in the community. He was also known as a respected member of the Mt. Zion Baptist Church.
