In the early evening of May 1, 2022, the life of 44-year-old Willie Junior Bays was tragically cut short in Bowling Green, Kentucky. The Black / African American male was discovered inside a building situated near the railroad tracks on East 13th Avenue, in close proximity to the Western Kentucky University campus.
