Rosa Maria Rosado, a 37-year-old woman, was tragically murdered on March 31, 2001. She was abducted from a bus stop in San Antonio, Texas, by Ramon Torres Hernandez and his accomplices. Hernandez, a registered sex offender, was later convicted for the crime. Rosado was forcibly taken from the bus stop, bound with tape, and had her head covered before being transported to a motel.
