A woman is found dead by a neighbor; her trailer ransacked
On October 17, 1995, 67-year-old Virginia Jeffreys was found deceased in her trailer located in the 1500 block of Mission Road, San Antonio, Texas. A neighbor, concerned after not seeing her, discovered her body and observed that the trailer had been ransacked.
