A woman is found dead by a neighbor; her trailer ransacked Virginia Jeffreys, a 67-year-old woman of African American ethnicity, tragically died on October 17, 1995, in San Antonio, Texas. Her death was the result of a brutal attack in her South San Antonio trailer. Thieves had previously targeted her home twice, but on the third occasion, the intruder fatally attacked her. The San Antonio Police Department has been unable to identify any suspects in connection with her murder. The case remains unsolved and is part of the SAPD's cold cases list.
