Debbie Perkins, aged 15, was killed on February 21, 1994, in San Antonio, Texas, along with her cousin Christy Kaufman. The tragic incident took place at a residence in the 100 block of Fredonia Street. According to reports, the two young women were inside their home around 1:00 a.m. when Debbie allowed an individual into the house. The suspect, who appeared to be searching for Debbie's boyfriend, initiated an argument that escalated to violence.
