In the autumn of 2001, a dedicated law enforcement officer, Captain Charles Brown 'Chuck' Morgan, Jr., a 51-year-old male, tragically lost his life in the line of duty. The events leading to his death began on the morning of November 13, 2001, in Nicholasville, Kentucky.
