In the winter of 2017, a promising young life was abruptly cut short in Nicholasville, Kentucky. Leo Travers, a 15-year-old male, was fatally shot on the evening of January 12th. Known for his vibrant personality and love of sports, Leo was a student at East Jessamine High School, where he was a respected and admired friend and teammate. His death sent ripples of shock and grief through the close-knit community.
