Pernell Lester, a 30-year-old resident of Louisville, Kentucky, tragically passed away on August 8, 2014. His death was the result of a shooting incident that occurred on Fisk Court in the Beecher Terrace public housing complex. According to reports, Lester was shot while in his car, and he succumbed to his injuries shortly thereafter.
