Do you know who murdered Daniel Higgins? In the early morning hours of a December day in Louisville, Kentucky, the life of 53-year-old Daniel Higgins was tragically cut short. He was discovered in a gravel lot on Garland Avenue, near 28th Street, having sustained at least one gunshot wound.
Emergency services were called to the scene around 12:30 a.m. and transported Higgins to University Hospital. Despite the efforts of medical staff, he was pronounced dead. Higgins was a male.
